The Story of Gillette Restaurant Equipment

Founded in 1989 by Ann Tyler in North Brookfield, Massachusetts, Gillette Restaurant Equipment began with a clear mission: to provide economical solutions for starting and maintaining restaurants.

Now retired, Ann has passed the torch to a growing team that continues to uphold her values of integrity, service, and customer-focused support. While the original North Brookfield location has merged, Gillette Restaurant Equipment continues to thrive, operating out of its Holyoke location.

Continuing to expand, Gillette regularly adds new product lines and increases its inventory of high-quality used equipment. We invite you to visit our  Holyoke location that is fully stocked with a wide variety of new and used equipment, from smallwares to large appliances, in many makes and models.
